Concierge - Part-Time - Maternity Leave PositionWe have a very exciting opportunity for a person with refined hospitality skills to join an amazing and dedicated team to fill the maternity leave position for a part-time concierge at the most iconic residential tower in Melbourne - Eureka Tower.Our concierge team is the information hub for residents, contractors, staff, visitors and local businesses. Therefore a high standard of customer service is required.The main shifts are from 3:00pm to 11:00pm Thursday to Sunday – depending on the roster over a 6 week period (there are two free weekends out of 6). There will also be the opportunity to fill in for other shifts as staff take leave etc.We aim to provide a 5 star hotel service, so we need someone with:The ability to work confidently, independently and within a team.The ability to multi-task.100% reliability in fulfilling your shift requirements - This is a must.The ability to follow strict guidelines and procedures.The ability to work well under pressure, handle/resolve issues and organise lifestyle services for residents whilst being polite and courteous.The willingness to be trained in Fire Warden and First Aid Level 2 training.Customer service expertise with refined verbal and written communication skills.High class presence.Previous hotel experience is advantageous.In return, we provide a friendly and experienced team in a great environment, on-the-job and ongoing training and all the perks of a full-time permanent role.
