You will play a vital role in improving client outcomes and contributing to team leadership, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.About the Service:ACMHS supports adults through specialized teams:Community Recovery Services: Delivering targeted interventions across regions like Gungahlin, Belconnen, and Woden.Community Specialty Services: Offering assertive outreach, therapies, and neuropsychology support.This service emphasizes trauma-informed and recovery-based practices aligned with the National Safety and Quality Health Standards.
