Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary/Assistant/Law Clerk to join our Personal Injury Law team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in legal administration and secretarial roles, preferably in personal injury law.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Managing Partner, including:
* Client liaison: being the first point of contact for new clients, conducting fact-finding sessions, and allocating solicitors.
* Assisting with legal administration of personal injury cases, including organizing meetings, preparing correspondence and court documents, and filing.
* Liaising with other solicitors, doctors, and insurers.
