Reporting to the DESIGN LEAD, your key duties will include:What your day to day looks likeDevelop design concepts, storyboards and layouts that communicate the brand’s message effectively across various platforms.Experiment with motion graphics to create visually dynamic content for social media and digital ads.Create responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices, including desktop, mobile, and tablets.Work closely with Design Lead and digital marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, design and deadlines.Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and design trends, tools, and best practices, continuously improving design quality and efficiency.Skills and experiencePrevious work experience (5+ years) in a mid-level digital or graphic design role, preferably within an agency, marketing team, or similar fast-paced environment.Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express) and web-based design tools.Expertise in designing assets that work across a wide range of devices, ensuring mobile-friendliness and responsiveness.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.Experience in working across a campaign from end to end and understanding of project management principles.
