We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join their team.

Temp to Perm 25 hours/week Role commencing: January 2025 Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable : Process invoices, verify transactions, and ensure timely payments.
Accounts Receivable : Manage invoicing, reconcile customer accounts, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Purchasing and Sales : Support purchasing activities and maintain accurate sales records.
Prepare financial reports and assist with general administrative tasks as required.
About You We're looking for someone who: Has prior experience in accounts administration, ideally with XERO .
Is familiar with accounts payable and receivable processes.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Works independently and manages time effectively.
Communicates clearly and builds positive relationships with suppliers, customers, and team members.
