We are seeking to appoint a highly experienced Service Manager who will be responsible for setting up the Service Department Workshop and building a small team to support the newly established dealership, based in the South Brisbane area, through their launch and continued growth.
About the role:
The Service Manager will oversee the Service Department, ensuring efficient and high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance.
* Manage and support service technicians
* Handle customer service requests and repair orders
* Ensure service quality and meet deadlines
* Manage warranties and adhere to manufacturer requirements
* Ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
About you:
* Experience with electric vehicles and establishment of a new workshop will be highly regarded.
* Proven track record in meeting and managing KPIs and manufacturer's targets.
* Proven track record as a successful Service Manager.
* Ability to lead a team with superb interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* Proactive in developing processes and providing solutions for the Service department's needs.
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
* Experience ensuring compliance is met for work health and safety.
* Willing to undertake background checks.
