Key Responsibilities : Research & Development : Identify and explore new automotive industry verticals. Strategic Growth & Expansion : Lead the national rollout of the vehicle mobility modifications division. Operational Excellence : Oversee operations across 8 locations. Partnership Development : Cultivate strong relationships with OEM suppliers and key industry partners. Leadership & Culture : Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing management team. Financial Oversight : Set and monitor profitability targets. Industry Innovation : Champion continuous improvement and adoption of emerging automotive technologies. About You : Industry Expertise : Extensive experience in automotive services. Business Expansion Success : Proven history of scaling businesses and driving sustainable revenue growth.
