This initiative will improve people data management, compliance, visibility and analytics, productivity, and employee engagement for approximately 15,000 people across Australia and New Zealand. About the role This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a large scale, complex digital transformation. Working with the team of Lead Business Analyst’s you will lead the entire programs data migration this will include, although not limited to: Design, develop and execute Data Migration strategies, processes, reconciliation scripts and plans, test scenarios, summary reports and documentation Manage and drive data migration executions, resolution of defects and source system updates and setup transformation rules Develop data reconciliation validation scenarios and test cases Execute data migration cycles and runs for all environment refreshes and product deployments Report on results and take appropriate actions proactively linking incidents/defects to underlying problems to prevent future issues and proposal improvements About you As an experienced Data Migration specialist, you will have worked on complex ERP transformation projects, ideally within Dayforce, in the past. You will pride yourself on your ability to work with stakeholders and vendors to ensure agreed KPI’s and deliverables are met while being hands-on as needed.
