Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Manage employment law cases across Federal and State jurisdictions from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
- Strategic Legal Advice: Provide high-level, strategic legal advice on a broad range of employment law issues.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Mentor and guide junior lawyers, creating a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Firm Development: Contribute to the firm's growth by helping shape its evolving service offerings and long-term direction.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years PQE with solid experience in employment law.
- Legal Qualifications: An unrestricted practising certificate.
- Court Experience: Proven experience representing clients in Federal courts across Australia.
- Leadership Skills: Strong organisational abilities with leadership potential and a proactive, forward-thinking approach.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities and cases effectively.
