Head of Business Development About the Role We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development specialist to drive the growth of our client's business in Australia through site acquisitions, tendering, development, and leasing. This role will be instrumental in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the Travel Retail, Health, and Food & Beverage industries.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand their footprint through site acquisitions. Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airport landlords, network operators, and health sector leaders. Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end business development initiatives/tenders, from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and optimal outcomes. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Skills and Experience: Proven track record in business development and strategic partnerships Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively Deep understanding of the retail and/or healthcare industries Extensive knowledge of retail leases is key To Apply: This is a unique opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing businesses in the Travel Retail space in Australia, working closely with the MD.
