Job Summary
A unique opportunity has arisen to join a team focused on transforming healthcare and driving innovation on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in state government healthcare. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for building the healthcare business market in Queensland (QLD), shaping and delivering strategies to increase the use of AWS, and realizing the transformation of healthcare for QLD citizens.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and execute strategic focus within your patch by defining overarching mission, goals, and success metrics in line with customer vision, working with internal stakeholders to deliver growth and high-value engagements.
* Influence and educate customer executives to understand how to transform in the cloud and deliver value to reimagine clinician and patient experience.
* Work with leaders to support customers and accelerate adoptions, deliver upon strategic programs of work, Think Big goals, and increase account growth.
* Manage complex contract negotiations, working with senior executives both inside and outside of AWS, and serve as a liaison to the legal group.
* Research and identify new opportunities for the QLD Healthcare system, including specific prospects/partners to approach with a technical value proposition for using AWS services and Amazon businesses.

Requirements:
* 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
* 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.
* 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience.
* Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.
