We are a leading migration agency dedicated to providing comprehensive migration services to individuals seeking to relocate to Australia. Our team of experienced migration agents is committed to guiding clients through the complex migration process, ensuring they understand their eligibility and the requirements for various visa options.
Due to the continued growth of the business, we are now currently seeking an energetic Migration Admin and Migration Agent to join our Adelaide Team .
Responsibilities:
1. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified clients for Australian and international immigration services.
2. Provide guidance to clients globally on visa options, eligibility, and application merits documentation in the direction of Migration Agent.
3. Assist registered migration agents with drafting, preparing, and lodging application forms.
4. Communicate with clients and other parties, and prepare, review, and collect documents related to migration applications (e.g., visa applications, skills assessments, nomination applications).
5. Keep up to date with policy, regulation, and industry changes.
6. Cultivate new and existing client relationships while engaging in ongoing business development activities.
7. Maintain up-to-date and accurate reports on client interactions and progress.
8. Ensure opportunities for career growth through training and guidance.
9. Keep accurate and comprehensive client records in the CRM system.
10. Conduct legal research, handle legal documents, file administration, and assist in general carriage.
Skills:
1. Comprehensive migration knowledge across various visa subclasses (e.g., Partner visas, Employer-Sponsored, GSM, Student, ENS, TSS, Students and Temporary Graduate, etc.).
2. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision as well as show willingness to take on various tasks with an open-minded approach to ad-hoc duties, collaboratively within a team.
3. Lead marketing events such as webinars and expos under management direction.
4. A good understanding of legislation and legal research skills.
*Preference will be given to candidates with Education & Migration industry backgrounds.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay: Salary 50-90k + Performance bonus
Experience: 1 year + (Preferred) (please don’t apply if you do not have relevant experience)
