About the Role: This casual position is perfect for night owls ready to start immediately!You'll work from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends and public holidays, ensuring our guests feel at home even when the sun goes down. Your Nightly Duties: Customer Service Champion: Delight our guests with exceptional service and a friendly smile. Shuttle Superstar: Manage airport transfers and assist with smooth check-in and check-out processes. Financial Whiz: Reconcile daily hotel takings with attention to detail. Luggage Liaison: Ensure guest luggage is handled with care and efficiency. Reservation Specialist: Take and manage guest reservations, keeping safety a top priority.
