We provide tailored individualised support and services to assist customers with their emotional, social and physical needs to improve various elements of their lives.We are seeking Support Workers with a minimum of 3 days per week availability and a full Australian drivers license.What can you expect to be doing?Support customers with their individual daily needs and support them to build daily living and community engagement skills.Promote community inclusion for each individual within the service, respecting their choice and decisions.Assist young customers and adult participants in implementing strategies to develop their life skills and reach their physical, emotional and social goals.Build relationships with the team, students, volunteers and all who are directly involved in the care of the individual.What do you need to bring?Minimum Certificate III in Disability or Mental Health, or equivalent (essential).Minimum availability of three days per week (essential).Full Australian driver's license (essential).Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish positive working relationships with customers, carers, family members and other stakeholders.Experience working with and understanding the needs of people living with a disability and knowledge of the NDIS environment.NDIS Worker clearance or Disability Services Employment clearance, Working with Children Check and National Police clearance.Valid First Aid and NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate.Who is AnglicareSA?AnglicareSA, South Australia's leading social services provider, empowers over 60,000 individuals annually.
