On a day to day basis, this role will see you liaise with all departments of the business, from the call centre and sales reps, to management and the installation and operations teams. Manning the front desk reception, you will answer, coordinate and delegate customer calls and emails to the relevant people and departments, to ensure consistent and efficient work flow. In addition to this, you will be the first point of contact for customers entering the building, providing exceptional customer service and assitance to all onsite visitors, guests and employees. The role will also oversee administrative duties to assist the customer service and sales teams when required. The working hours for the role are 8am - 4pm, 5 days a week. To be considered for this position, you should have the following expertise: Excellent presentation and customer service skills Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Ideally previous experience in reception or similar role, however we will also consider entry level candidates who are eager to learn (we can train the right candidate) Problem solving, decision making, attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work in a team environment but has the ability to self lead Good time management and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills On offer is a base salary of $60,000 super, plus entry into an exciting modern business experiencing some rapid growth.
