This is a pivotal role focused on enabling business users to embrace and effectively utilise new technologies through active engagement and communication. You will play a key part in driving technology initiatives, working closely with the national team to deliver impactful training and support. 1. Proactive Change Management: Drive technology adoption by being at the forefront of communication and engagement initiatives. Educate and influence business users on how to leverage new technologies, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the process.
2. Collaboration and Planning: Collaborate closely with consultants and the change and communications team to plan and execute sessions. Participate actively in discussions, testing, and implementation phases.
3. Local and National Team Integration: Engage with pilot users and incorporate their feedback into the change management process.
4. Continuous Improvement: Bring fresh perspectives and new skill sets to the team. Be excited about technology and maintain a positive attitude to influence and inspire long-standing team members and business users.
5. Intermediate Expertise: Ideal candidates will have intermediate-level experience, bringing enthusiasm and capability without being overqualified. Exceptional junior candidates will also be considered.
(Essential) Skills and experience:
6. Good knowledge of best practice in learning design including experience with designing and producing on-brand and engaging multimedia learning materials (i.e. videos, e-learns, online content)
7. Ability to analyse and understand the impact of technology changes on individuals and the organisation
8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - communications, business, technology or change management
9. Qualifications in change management
10. Proficiency in tailoring communication to various audiences and communications platforms
