About the role As a legal administrator you will support the director and legal team in a busy family law firm and run our Greenslopes office. Duties include -
Be the first point of contact for clients. Assist the director in implementing processes for the firm.Answering phones and be first point of contact for clients, follow up leads. Assist with general and trust account banking matters/receipting/paying invoices.Assist with content creation and marketing. Invoicing, aged debtors and reports for work in progress.Liaise with the Director on all management matters.Ensure office procedures stay up to date.Ordering stationery, office supplies, coordinating office maintenance and supplier duties.Assisting with cultural planning for the business.Attending to all other general administration duties.Skills and Experience The Successful applicant will need:
Experience working in a law firm (family law firm preferred). Experience with Microsoft Office.The ability to communicate in a confident and assertive manner.Proven ability to deliver outcomes.High level of integrity.The ability to work proactively as part of a team and individually.The ability to think critically and work methodically.High attention to detail.A passion for great customer service.An open and positive mindset.The ability to take direction and give instruction, when appropriate; andWell-developed problem-solving skills and demonstrated lateral thinking.Benefits Free parking.
