The Role:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets across Sydney and broader NSW.
You will be responsible for building and nurturing customer relationships, implementing promotional strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.
Selling across the grocery sector, this position involves selling into major retailers like Woolworths and Coles, as well as independent groceries such as IGA, Harris Farm, and Go Vita.
This role requires a hands-on approach to both face-to-face and phone-based sales activities, with a focus on delivering sustainable growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities.
* Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Production, and Finance, to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Attend tradeshows and key customer meetings as required.
* Provide feedback on product development to help shape future offerings.
* Ensure effective margin management and sustainable growth for the region.
What You Bring:
* Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within food, retail grocery, or broader FMCG.
* Strong account management and business development skills.
* Ability to engage customers, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth.
