The Company
Our client is a growing company in the insurance industry seeking a Client Administrator to join the Sydney team. The company prides themselves in their close-knit, supportive culture- particularly in the Client Administration team. This company is dedicated to providing outstanding, end to end service to customers who need support on their insurance claims.
The Role
This role is an end-to-end insurance service, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Manage incoming calls and claimant correspondence, clear tickets, and phone queues daily, and update insurers and insured parties via calls or emails.
- Lodge new insurance and commercial jobs, issue and confirm Work Orders for Make-Safes, and prepare and submit make-safe reports to insurers.
- Issue Work Orders for Specialist reports, follow up on pending ones, and notify Estimator when STR or Building Consultant reports are available.
- Approve payments for make-safes, STRs, and reports within the authorized limit, and raise AR for make-safe/STR for finance approval.
- Schedule appointments for Supervisors/Estimators per client KPIs and ensure same-day action on re-attendance inspections.
- Maintain knowledge of insurer policy booklets and claims coverage
- Provide general administrative assistance, and accept additional tasks as assigned by senior management.

The successful candidate will have an excellent phone manner and be able to show care and empathy to customers in stressful circumstances. Additionally, high attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are crucial for success.
