We currently have a fixed term full time position (12 Month) available for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the bank as a Website Producer in our Collingwood Head office.
The Website Producer will oversee the user experience, customer experience and development initiatives for Bank Australia's corporate website, which represents the single largest touchpoint for new and existing customers.
They will take ownership of creating the FY26 website roadmap, defining the future of our website experience and ensuring it best supports our customers.
Collaborating with stakeholders across various divisions, they will develop strategies and execute impactful website design that is accurate, functional and consistently on brand.
Additionally, they will provide essential support in search engine optimisation (SEO), analytics, reporting, and managing incoming work requests.

What you will be doing Support with the development and implementation of our digital strategy as it relates to the website and work to achieve the bank's performance KPIs Lead and manage the website team, ensuring all projects are on track and BAU activities are completed on time (this role includes leadership of one FTE, and supports a graduate 3-month rotation) Manage the bank's content management system (CMS) Webflow, demonstrating technical leadership and management of website development processes Collaborate with design and development agencies to prioritise, plan, test and implement the quarterly optimisation sprints Develop a comprehensive approach to web testing for both BAU and campaign activities, providing insights and learnings to the wider business and external agencies Ensure the website adheres to best-practice accessibility standards Manage and control the ongoing website budget, including support during the annual budgeting process Maintain accuracy and currency of product information across bankaust.com.au, as well as partner websites Oversee the quarterly content-audit to ensure the website is up to date and compliant Collaborate with key stakeholders to align the product strategy roadmap with digital marketing strategies and activities throughout the year ensuring product-related content on the website is accurate, relevant and compliant.
Monitor website analytics and provide strategic insights to optimise conversion and customer experience Using working knowledge of content and technical SEO practices; lead SEO optimisation activities alongside Senior Marketing Consultant – Digital Troubleshoot live service issues as needed in partnership with IT and Corporate affairs teams Provide training and support to peers and colleagues by sharing best practice Manage, mentor and support the development of the Marketing Consultant – Website.
Support the management of the graduate placement during their digital marketing team rotation.
Ensure your team has opportunities to learn from your expertise and nurture their development and technical advancement Support with the running of team and agency meetings Leverage Jira, Admation, Asana and Slack technologies to manage relationships and day-to-day tasks Provide relevant reporting and insights on the effectiveness of activities to enable ongoing optimisation using data and insights to engage stakeholders and communicate results What you will bring Experience in a Web producer role Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once Experience across Webflow content management system (desired) or other common content management systems Experience with integration of the website with Microsoft Dynamics 365 beneficial Experience with audience segmentation and delivery of personalisation experiences Experience with customer journey mapping, analysis and optimisation Understanding and experience with User experience, Information Architecture and Accessibility principles and best-practice Strong SEO knowledge Solid working knowledge of the digital marketing space and the vital role that website plays Experience with Google Suite programs Effective time management and organisational skills Strong analytical and reporting skills Exceptional attention to detail Well-developed PC skills including Word, Power Point, and Outlook Experience in HTML5, CSS, PHP, JavaScript preferred but not essential Experience in producing the IA, wireframes, and workflow diagrams for projects beneficial Commitment to Bank Australia's purpose, aspiration, values and brand as well as the B Corp ethos.
