Position:
We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager, who is a passionate beer enthusiast that can help lead our team, ensure exceptional customer service, and take pride in what Margaret River Brewhouse has to offer. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus and be skilled in training, educating, and leading staff.
The Bar Manager is instrumental in the continued success of providing high-level hospitality and excellent workplace culture. You will be reporting directly to the FOH Manager, and you’ll be one of the go-to managers for all Bar and FOH staff.
Previous Experience Required:
* At least 2 years proven experience in a hospitality managerial role.
* At least 1 year proven experience in a Bar Manager position.
* Monthly beverage reporting.
* Leadership, training, and staff education.
* Managing timesheets and cash registers.
* Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
* Ability to take responsibility for running the bar and FOH in the absence of the FOH or Operations Manager.
* Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for beer with customers and fellow staff members.
* Handling reservations and phone calls in a professional manner.
* High level of customer service.
* Conflict resolution and customer management.
