Ideal Applicant The ideal applicant will be someone who has a proven ability and can demonstrate the following: High level of clinical and/or health knowledge, expertise, and skill, especially in the area of chronic health conditions.Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate with interdisciplinary (allied health, medical, and nursing) teams, and other key internal and external stakeholders and participate in service improvement.Highly effective communication and therapy skills, including the ability to engage patients therapeutically across age groups, including older adults, evidenced via the implementation of patient outcome measures.High level problem solving and flexibility in the provision of individual and group interventions.Capability to provide leadership and supervision in psychology and clinical practice areas, contributing to improved clinical practice and service delivery.
