About Us Established in 2010, On Demand HR delivers Certainty, Confidence, and Results to our clients through our membership, providing unlimited day-to-day Human Resources & Workplace Relations support.The type of advice that we provide is vastly different from conventional HR wisdom.Our advice is always focused on achieving business and financial objectives for our clients first and looking at other risks and considerations second.If you are an experienced HR / Workplace Relations practitioner wanting a more business-focused role, this might be the role for you.Want to learn more about this role and what On Demand HR does?Check out the description and video below before applying to see if it is right for you.About the Role This is a newly created role to support our diverse growing membership of clients who rely on On Demand HR to provide unlimited HR and Workplace Relations support on all their day-to-day HR and WR issues.You will be providing both written and verbal advice on a wide range of HR and Workplace Relations matters including: Employee policy manual and contract drafting; Performance management, warnings, discipline, and termination advice; Payroll, Leave, NES, Fair Work Act Advice; Job Descriptions & Key Performance Indicators (KPI's); Salary benchmarking for new and existing roles; Employer responses to employee grievances/complaints; Workers' compensation claims lodgement and management; Restructuring & Redundancy Advice; Recruitment.We operate a highly flexible team, with only one office day per week required.We are interested in candidates particularly who may be in Western Sydney, or near Wollongong near our Directors & Founders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
