Our client is also looking to go out to tender for a new payroll system. Hence, the successful candidate will be heavily involved in the tender process and subsequent system implementation. This will be invaluable experience for a Senior Payroll Officer looking to take the next step in their career. The role will pay up to $120,000 + super.Job DescriptionReporting to the Head of HR, your role will include:Process end-to-end payroll for circa. 300 employees across Australia & New ZealandPerform quality control audits to ensure accuracyManage the set-up of new employee information and accounts and oversee the maintenance of employee data systems, including maintenance of Payroll records and filesProviding guidance on any updates to awards and policies and legislationAttending education sessions on payroll legislation updatesInterpret new legislation impacting PayrollOversee system implementation across Australia and New ZealandThe Successful ApplicantWe are seeking experienced payroll candidates with strong end-to-end experience and a passion for compliance / continuous improvement.
