Job Title: Sales Executive
Slalom's is growing again! We are currently seeking a Sales Executive with deep Public Sector connections as we expand our footprint in Canberra.
Sales Executives serve Slalom’s clients as a trusted partner, building and executing customised business plans and predictable sales engagement processes. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-first, client-focused corporate culture and be passionate about identifying new opportunities to grow the Slalom brand.
Responsibilities:
6. Drive activity in partnership with account and practice teams, working closely with the Slalom Technology partners
7. Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new long-term accounts and relationships for Slalom.
8. Meet with broad set of buyers within a territory to learn more about client initiatives and represent Slalom capabilities.
9. Create and sustain a diverse book of business among offerings and accounts.
10. Leverage Slalom Sales platforms to drive a forward-looking forecast while collaborating with Account and Practice leaders.
11. May be practice-focused while working to lead Alliance relationships.
12. Get to know our consultants and work with them to leverage their networks to identify opportunities.
13. Play a leading role in new and identified accounts.
14. Host and facilitate Slalom marketing events.
15. Primary liaison with some of our client’s most senior executives
16. Mentor other sellers within the market including the sales, account, partner and practice teams.
Qualifications:
17. Passionate about sales and technology; collaborates with clients & alliance partners, to ensure growth for their business.
18. 5+ years of sales experience within Professional Services.
19. Proven experience in creating, managing and execution of a complete sales cycle.
20. Ability to work in ambiguity and thrive in creating and establishing new contacts, and opportunities for Slalom and local networks.
21. Strong relationship focus with process orientation coupled with an ability to work with virtual & in-person teams.
22. Budget and deal management experience, including relationship management, scoping, solutioning, pricing and contracting of new engagements.
23. Experienced in building relationships across the business including CXOs and business decision-makers.
24. Skilled at leading teams through complex technology solution sales
25. Experienced and adept at aligning teams to work toward a common goal; consistently demonstrates strong people and financial management skills.
26. Creative and innovative; seen as forward-thinking in approach, whilst collaborating and delivering as part of a team.
27. A self-starter with a desire to work within a dynamic team of professional services specialists; leading, participating, and supporting as required by the opportunity.
