What you will do as the Assistant Director, Dynamics Developer Work within a specialised team developing IT-based solutions to complicated data issues in energy markets utilising a SCRUM framework, including providing direction, guidance, and insight. Oversee the gathering of IT requirements and analyse options and solutions. Implement, configure, and deploy custom Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, model-driven apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI reports and maintain complex databases in the MS Power Platform environment. Integration with Power Apps portal solutions. Lead the development, maintenance, and documentation of the enterprise Dynamics 365 solution architecture. About you In order to succeed in the role, you will have: At least 5 years of work experience in: business analysis to gather IT requirements and development skills to implement robust solutions. developing enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including configuration, customization, integration, plugin/report development, transforming custom legacy applications and knowledge of security protocols. development and integration with other components of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dataverse modelling. leading teams in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations. development using JavaScript, C#, .Net, and Dynamics 365 APIs. version control systems and CI/CD e.g. Azure DevOps. The ability to lead technical projects through to completion and lead, supervise and develop teams using agile (SCRUM) and project management methodologies (Prince2). Well-developed understanding, or ability to quickly acquire an understanding of Australian energy markets and the role, purpose, and objectives of the AER.
