Your Opportunity
As an Associate Director in our Change Management team, you will lead and consult on projects to our mid-market clients and will be exposed to a range of different industries and sectors. You will be responsible for:
* Managing business transformation related change projects with a particular focus on organisational design, organisational change management, stakeholder engagement and training
* Leading the change strategy and the design, development, and delivery of change management activities across client transformation programs
* Working closely will stakeholders across client business to prepare the relevant business functions for the transition to the future state and embedding new technologies and ways of working
* Developing strategic employee communication plans and content, reviewing all literature for distribution and determining delivery channels
* Coaching business leaders and key stakeholders to use change methodologies and tools to support business transformation
* Leading and working in a team environment where you will multi-task, support junior colleagues and produce quality deliverables
* Supporting the build out of the Enterprise Advisory Change Management Community of Practice
* Providing leadership and mentorship to junior Change Management team members to support their professional development and career pathways
* Leading and supporting business development opportunities with a focus on Change Management

Your Experience
This role will call for highly developed client facing consulting skills, a strong focus on delivering high quality outcomes and a solid understanding of change management practices. To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and demonstrable experience could include:
* A proven track record in People and Organisational Change Management
* Experience and knowledge of Change Management frameworks and methodologies
* Exposure to mid-market clients with a focus on industries including but not limited to; Local Government, Energy and Utilities, Higher Education and Health, Ageing and Human Services
* Experience in design, conducting and managing Change Management activities including strategies, plans, impact assessments and readiness assessments, implementation plans.
* Experience in planning and creating impactful and engaging communications
* Strong stakeholder management capabilities
* Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills
* Highly desirable to have accreditation in PROCI, CCMP, CMS or similar
