ASIC's new finance system, TechnologyOne is currently being implemented.The roleIn Managing And Supporting ASIC's ERP Systems, You WillLead the ERP Systems team for TechnologyOne, Granular Time Recording, and Expense8.Develop and implement a finance system roadmap with ASIC stakeholders.Manage and resolve complex business issues from new ERP processes and support testing of ASIC systems and develop test strategies and scripts.Manage ERP interfaces and integrations with other ASIC systems.Drive operational efficiency and document key business processes and monitor trends and recommend improvements for ASIC systems.Develop and maintain system procedures, policies, and documentation and ensure system controls meet ASIC's audit requirements.Manage relationships with ERP vendors and consulting partners.Promote emerging trends, technologies, and processes to support ASIC business strategies.Drive financial process improvements and apply changes to ASIC policies or legislation within systems.About YouProven experience in finance system administration including TechnologyOne.Successful track record in process improvement and transformational change.Experience upgrading financial management systems in government.Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders and vendors.View the position description for more information or click ‘apply' to start your application.
