Australia’s leading aluminium scaffolding hire specialist, Star Scaffolds, has an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Assistant to join their dynamic, growing team. Based in our Gold Coast Branch in Burleigh Heads, you will be working closely with the Branch Coordinator.

About You
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the construction or building industry preferred
* Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
* Reliable, driven and committed to both your success and ours
* Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
* Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively, even under pressure.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls
* General office work including data entry, photocopying, laminating, etc.
* Assisting Branch Manager with day-to-day operations
* Scheduling, confirming and allocating jobs for our team of Scaffolders.
* Liaising with installers and sub-contractors
* Reviewing install/dismantle photos and scheduling rectifications as required.
* Uploading of purchase orders and other documents
* Any task which may be required, in relation to administration duties required for the business.
* Collaborating with our Scaffolders and Contractors to ensure all jobs meet clients' deadlines.
