The principal tasks to be performed in this position are1. Creating detailed drawings: Producing accurate and precise shop drawings for steel components, assemblies, and connections based on architectural and engineering designs.2. Reviewing and interpreting plans: Understanding architectural and engineering blueprints and specifications to generate steel detailing plans.3. Ensuring compliance: Ensuring all designs meet industry standards, codes, and client requirements.4. Collaborating with teams: Working closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve any design issues.5. Coordinating fabrication: Providing detailed instructions for fabrication and assembly to ensure the steel components are correctly manufactured and installed.6. Managing revisions: Updating drawings and plans as changes or revisions occur during the construction process.7.
