We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our vibrant Wommin Bay Residential Village (Kingscliff) .
We offer flexible working arrangements to suit you and we can support Permanent Full/Part Time or casual contracts across Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts.

The Job:
* Oversee shift coordination and troubleshooting clinical and staffing issues whilst providing support to team members.
* Provide leadership and promote on-the-job education to the team.
* Record keeping and documentation.
* Collaborate with other health professionals involved in resident care.
About You:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current CPR Certification.
* Knowledge of ACFI and previous experience with accreditation.
* Someone with great people skills, excellent written communication, and time management skills.
