We support a wide range of community-based clients across Southern Tasmania.Essential criteria for this role include: Ability to deliver personal support within a community setting which reflects person centered care practice with a strong emphasis on consultation, choice, and accountability to Consumer/participant.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Satisfactory National Police Check valid within 12 months.Certificate III in Community Services. Current Working with Vulnerable People Registration with NDIS Endorsement.Eligibility to work in Australia.Must have own road worthy vehicle and full, unrestricted Australian Driver license (NOT Provisional).Covid-19 vaccination including booster, Flu Vaccination and all other vaccinations up-to-date.A current First Aid certification (or the ability to acquire one).HLTHPS006 Assist Clients with Medication (desirable, but not required).Permanent part time or casual work is available for the right candidate.For further information, please contact the People & Culture Team via email to (email protected).
