We are EIL Global, a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, servers, networks, and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA locations. Currently, we are looking for an IT Technician for onsite support services in and around to assist our clients.
Adhoc/Dispatch - Requirement:
* Experience in handling desktop/network issues and CCTV installation
* Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems
* Install patches
* Software and Hardware Break Fix
* Basics of WiFi
* Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, Switch, and Router Configuration
* Install and administer MS Office
* Business English with local language
Standard Tools Engineers Need to Carry While Going to Site:
* Fully charged laptop with Windows 8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
* Cisco Console cable (DB9 – RJ45 or USB RJ45). In case of USB converter used, ensure drivers are properly installed
* Laptop should have the following programs/software installed:
o Putty
o Team Viewer
o TFTP server
o Screw Driver Set
o Internet data Card
* Technician must have console cable and laptop and have the ability to console into Cisco router and use WebEx
Note: This is on-call basis for dispatch/adhoc projects and the scope of work varies from client to client. The above-mentioned is the general job description.
