We are looking for people who are happy to work short shifts (minimum 2 hours) and who can commit to participants for 12 months at a minimum. Ideally, you will have broad availability throughout the week. The Role: As an Inclusion Support Worker, you will provide one-on-one support, focusing on skill development, motivational support, and positive behaviour support. Whether you're building life skills or facilitating community engagement, your work will have a lasting impact. Our Inclusion Support Workers work with our participants, their families and care teams to provide support in a number of areas. This may look like working toward identified capacity building goals both in the home and within the community, daily living support, attending allied health appointments and family respite to name a few! Essential Requirements To be considered for this role you must have: Current enrolment in a relevant field or possess relevant qualification and/or experience. A commitment to personal growth, learning, and reflective practice. A NDIS Worker Screening Check, a Working with Children's Check, First Aid and CPR Certificates (or be willing to obtain them). A current Australian Driver License. Access to a safe and insured motor vehicle to use for work. Location and Hours: We have positions available across greater and metropolitan Melbourne. Shifts may be weekly or fortnightly and typically range from 2-4 hours, including before and after school, weekends, and school holidays.
