Our Audit Learning team are key in providing Learning support to the business. You will join a fast-paced environment and help the team succeed by ensuring Learning projects are delivered, planned, and managed successfully.
Your Opportunity
The Audit Learning Assistant Manager role is a technically qualified role contributing to Audit Learning and its strategic initiatives. Working closely with the Audit Learning Manager, this role will be responsible for the project management, design and development, implementation, and communication strategy to support audit learning initiatives for the External Audit and Enterprise Audit divisions.
This role will also focus on strategies to respond to learner fatigue and enhance learning experiences, and the implementation of high quality, timely, and impactful learning solutions which maintain a focus on audit quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the implementation of locally developed technical learning initiatives and solutions for the Audit and Enterprise Audit practice
* Deployment of global audit learning solutions, including content review, content development, and facilitation
* Technical audit content development
* Management of learning requirements for mandatory learner populations
* Liaison with the Learning Operations team to ensure effective and efficient roll out of learning solutions
* Governance and regulatory procedures relating to mandatory learning
* Adherence to ISQM1 controls for all mandatory learning solutions, including monitoring and documentation requirements
Requirements:
* CA qualified (or equivalent)
* Holds current or prior experience with audit and other assurance engagements
* Strong project management skills
* Strong written and verbal communications
* Strong presentation and facilitation skills
* Strong team building skills
* Excellent time management
* Strong stakeholder management
* Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
* Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Ability to work towards tight deadlines and effectively manage competing priorities
