Location: Armadale Health Service Unit/Division: EMHS - People and Culture Work Type: Permanent - Full Time, Permanent - Part Time Position Profile: The Human Resource Consultant provides a consultancy service to Divisions/Departments on strategic, tactical and operational human resource management issues.
The EMHS HR team provides a range of support functions and services to management and staff in order to assist with the maintenance of a healthy workforce.
As part of the People, Capability and Culture team, the HR team works closely with Industrial Relations (IR), Integrity and Ethics (I&E), Work Health and Safety (WHS), and Learning and Development (L&D) to manage and support a wide range of matters which support our employees.
There is currently one (1) Full Time position available covering the Armadale Kalamunda Group (AKG).
This position is located in Armadale Health Service; however, there is an expectation that the successful candidate may visit Kalamunda Hospital.
There may also be a requirement to locate at our other EMHS locations in Royal Perth Hospital or Bentley Health Service as operational needs require.

Kalamunda District Community Hospital (KDCH) is a specialist hospital and is part of the Armadale Kalamunda Group.
The hospital provides both day surgical procedures and a specialist inpatient palliative care service for patients in the east metropolitan area.
