Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess compliance levels.Safety Training and Development - Lead the development and implementation of safety training programs for employees, subcontractors, and project teams.Incident Management - Oversee the investigation of safety incidents and near misses. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes.Risk Assessment and Management - Lead the identification and assessment of risks associated with construction projects. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate threats.Safety Inspections and Audits - Oversee safety inspections and audits on construction sites.Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in safety processes and performance.Communication and Training - Communicate safety expectations, initiatives, and updates.Budget Management - Manage the budget for safety operations, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.What We’re Looking ForEducation & Experience – Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.Sector Experience – Proven experience in safety management, preferably in the construction industry.Skills & Expertise – Familiarity with safety management systems and their implementation. Previous involvement in safety training, risk assessments, and incident investigations.Attention to Detail – In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.Team Player – Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, project managers, and external stakeholders.
