Our client, a specialist underwriting agency, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as an Operations and Leadership Manager in their Underwriting and Administration area.
Role Overview:
As the Team Leader of Sales and Retention, you will lead a team of insurance professionals, overseeing day-to-day operations and driving performance excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Mentoring and developing staff within your team to foster growth and enhance skill sets. Implementing performance management strategies to optimise team efficiency and productivity. Ensuring KPI's within your team are met or exceeded Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Proven experience in leading sales and retention teams within the General Insurance sector (not Life or Health Insurance) Familiarity with Property, Strata or Domestic Home Insurance policies preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
