You are comfortable engaging at an individual and group level, bringing a true consultative approach to your interactions. In addition, you balance your engaging approach with the ability to independently and confidently lead projects, prepare reports and coordinate tasks as required.About the RoleReporting to the Senior Consultant: Organisational Development, you will partner with people across the University and contribute to a range of OD initiatives to support and increase organisational capability in areas including, but not limited to; organisational culture, leadership, personal and group development, coaching and change management.Essential Skills and ExperienceRelevant qualifications (e.g. Human Resources, Psychology) and demonstrated experience working in a similar environment / similar roleCoaching and facilitation skills, with evidence through interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to effectively engage and influence staff and leaders at various levels within a large organisationExperience project-managing multiple work streams (or leading projects) and the ability to work according to strict deadlines while managing competing demandsA highly adaptable approach and comfortable operating and leading in changing environmentsWell-developed data analysis and data interpretation skills, and an advanced ability to prepare and present analytical and strategic reportsGetting a great job working with the best is just the start.
