Your role will include both work at our Bunbury HQ, travel to work in the field with some overnight stays when required.

We are looking for someone who; Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining a high standard of workIs willing to learn and able to closely follow directionsAs your skills and experience develop, must be able to take individual responsibility for identified areas of work and have the patience & leadership skills to mentor junior TechniciansIs well presented, able to relate well to customers and to work effectively in a teamTasks and Responsibilities Install & Configure Land and Marine-based communications and electronics products and accessoriesTest, fault-find, repair and maintain RF antenna systems in mobile, fixed equipment, and infrastructureWork on antenna systems, including on masts and towers (with appropriate training and equipment)Be able to work in a busy environment with a strong focus and commitment to safetyIdeal Qualifications and Experience Certificate III in Electronics and CommunicationsFamiliarity with brands such as Tait, Motorola, Icom, GMEExperience in UHF & VHF radio systems, including both analogue and digital (P25, Tetra, DMR, LTE & Microwave)Radio Frequency experience, including maintenance and support of communications equipment, including antennas, duplexers, combining equipment and multi-couplersOR Additional Skills and Experience EWP, WAH and High Risk Licence highly regardedHave a genuine interest in electronics and technology equipmentBe good with your hands and have good mechanical and electrical aptitude and experienceBe sufficiently fit to perform electronics installation work in cars, trucks, boats and buildingsComputer skills: at minimum, be able to use typical workplace software applicationsEligibilityCandidates must meet our pre-employment criteria which includes a medical, drug and alcohol screening, relevant right to work and valid Australian national police clearance.
