We're looking for a Data Migration Consultant to support a large-scale HCM system transformation, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and seamless migration to a new platform. Key Responsibilities: Analyse and cleanse HR data, identifying and resolving inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing records. Standardize HCM data formats (e.g., job titles, addresses, contact details) across multiple sources. Build and structure future-state HCM hierarchies (Org Hierarchy, Position Hierarchy, etc.). Map and transform data from legacy systems to new HCM platforms. Set up a repeatable data migration process for extracting, transforming, and loading HR data. Validate and test migrated data, supporting defect triaging and resolution. Collaborate with stakeholders, HR teams, and data owners to improve data quality at the source. Key Requirements: At least 3-5 years of experience in HCM data migration and cleansing. Strong knowledge of HR data structures (payroll, rostering, time & attendance, benefits, compensation). Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP). Advanced Excel skills - pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and transformation formulas. Experience in ETL tools (Talend, Alteryx, Informatica) is a plus. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP payroll, and Kronos Ability to write SQL queries for extracting and transforming HR data (preferred). Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience in HR system upgrades, M&A projects, or ERP transformations is highly beneficial. Understanding of data governance, security, and confidentiality in HR environments.
