As a Venue Manager you will be responsible for a multifaceted, multimillion dollar business and will have the opportunity and support to develop the business to meet the changing market demands.
What you’ll do:
4. Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
5. Manage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests
6. Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
7. Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
What you’ll need:
8. Strong customer focus with the ability to get to know our locals and what they love
9. Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire & develop your team to provide exceptional experiences
10. Proven experience running or assisting in the running of a multifaceted venue
11. Ability to use financial and business acumen coupled with operational experience to effectively deliver the venues operational targets and vision
12. Strong planning, organisational and problem solving skills including working in a matrix organisation
13. Industry licences and accreditation. gaming licence, RSA/RSG/RCG, wagering accreditation
14. Able to qualify to meet the state liquor licensing nominee/liquor appointee requirements
