This team is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing state-controlled road infrastructure across the South Coast Region, covering a diverse and vital network of highways and roads. Role Details Role Type: Temporary Casual position Location: Nerang, Gold Coast QLD Rate: AO2 equivalent $38 p/h, super About the role As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the timely and effective delivery of road infrastructure projects. You'll use your organisational skills, attention to detail, and expertise with various computer systems to provide high-level administrative assistance to project managers and team members. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Perform data entry into departmental databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Manage Outlook shared inboxes efficiently. Conduct document control activities to support project workflows. Undertake other administrative tasks as required. Other responsibilities as required. About you To thrive in this role, you will demonstrate the following: A commitment to maintaining accurate records and adhering to record-keeping procedures. Self-directed time management skills to ensure task completion within deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong written communication skills to produce clear and concise documentation. An autonomous work ethic with a focus on precision and quality. Must have Australian Working Rights.
