Staff management is something that they do well, evidenced by their continued staff retention for long periods of time. The cattle element is a small proportion of the operation, with all progeny sold upon weaning; the cattle are mustered using bikes. However, there is the option to use stock horses if staff prefer, and facilities are available to accommodate them. The OfferAs the successful candidate, you would be comfortably accommodated on-farm in addition to negotiating a quality hourly-rate remuneration package, including utilities, near new work vehicle and monthly fuel allowance for private use.
