Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, the Assistant Development Manager plays a vital role in supporting the broader team. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Assist with the collation of due diligence material for new project opportunities.
2. Assist with the preparation of detailed feasibility studies to analyse the financial performance of potential and current opportunities.
3. Work with the broader team to identify potential risk factors and opportunities.
4. Assist with preparation of internal and external reporting.
5. Assist with consultant procurements, progress claim assessment and processing.

Skills and experience
6. Bachelor’s degree in property development, civil engineering, project management, or similar discipline
7. Demonstrated experience working in a corporate organisation, ideally within property development, engineering, urban planning, project management, or similar.
8. Intermediate use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
9. Prior experience in project work and exposure to land development and medium density construction.
10. Some experience in the preparation and analysis of project programmes and financial feasibility studies, budgeting, and cost monitoring.
11. Previous experience in the preparation of documentation, letters, emails, and reports using clear, concise, and grammatically correct language.
12. Prior experience in the delivery of high-quality customer and stakeholder experiences.
