Connect Children and Families (Connect) is a not-for-profit organisation serving communities in the Blue Mountains, Lithgow, Hawkesbury, and Western Sydney.
Together we support children’s and families’ learning, safety, and wellbeing.
We do this by supporting families to access services that respond to their needs, creating pathways both across our services and to other community agencies that can support them.
Our services are available to children and families in their homes, early childhood education centers and pre-schools, community spaces and schools, and other family-centered services.
As part of our portfolio sibling centers, Possum Early Childhood Centre and Hazelwood Early Childhood Centre, have a strong reputation for their commitment to partnering with families, recognising the privilege it is to be trusted with the education and care of a family’s greatest treasure, their children. Both centres are located in Hazelbrook, only a 30-minute drive from Penrith. Our centres are surrounded by the beautiful Blue Mountains scenery while still being close enough to the city.
We are currently offering multiple full-time Cert III traineeships across our centres, ideal for enthusiastic and passionate individuals looking to start their Early Childhood career. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognized qualification. You’ll receive continuous support from a dedicated team of Early Childhood Educators and Practice Mentors, helping you succeed every step of the way. Immediate start available!
