We are currently looking for a passionate, highly dedicated and organised Chef de Partie to join the team in Star Cafe, our 24 hour team dining room. You will be given the responsibility of supporting the leadership team to assist with leading the team, always ensuring consistency in high quality product and service standards.
What are we looking for?
1. Chef experience required in a 5-star environment or large restaurant
2. Availability and interest in a permanent overnight shift (10pm - 6am)
3. Experience driving quality and consistency, with a passion for a diverse range of food and a keen desire for continuous learning
4. Previous experience with quality control in production and preservation
5. Ability to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchens
