Position Summary
Support the Perth Administration with all administration tasks and client service-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and visitors to the Firm in a polite friendly and engaging manner.
* Co-ordinate all meeting room bookings for Level 32.
* Ensure meeting rooms are tidy and ready for use at all times, including tea, coffee preparation.
* Provide administration support to clients i.e. typing, printing, faxing and other requests.
* Organise refreshments for clients.
* Organise food for Partners lunch each week
* Assist with organising food for SOMD event once a month
* Update Perth Resources page on MyRSM
* Update Reception video screens with company information as required.
* Plan, manage and execute local events including organising catering for functions as required.
* Answer Reception phones and transfer to relevant division or staff member
* Ad-hoc general administration duties as required.
Essential
* Completion of Year 12
* 2 or more years’ experience working in a premium service environment such as 5 star hotel, airline or high end hospitality and retail
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* Experience in engaging with and strengthening relationships with VIP clients
* Experience in Event Management
* The ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, whilst maintaining composure and delivering outcomes of the highest quality
* Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
