Your Role As a Customer Service Officer, you will engage with our customers at various points in their construction journey and create a strong relationship between the consumer and various Parchem brands. The business will support those who wish to step into this space with a strong training and on-boarding program at the start of your journey with us. This is a full-time 38 hours per week position and will require you to work rotating shifts within a monthly roster to accommodate the Centre's operational hours which are between 7am and 6pm. Responsibilities Respond to queries and order requests via phone calls and emails within a timely manager Manage customer orders and entry deadlines are met Recommend products across our brands in line with the consumer's enquiry Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
