THE ROLE
We are looking for keen individuals to join us as a Sales Consultant in our Melbourne Airport boutique.
The role is primarily based on sales and customer service. You would be joining a team that is collectively responsible for the day-to-day operations of a leading luxury retail outlet. You will report directly to the existing management team within the store. A great deal of training will be provided so you must be keen to learn new things. You should display an interest in technical devices.
You will need to work well in a team environment therefore a high level of people skills is required, and you will need to have a positive attitude.
Experience working within the Airport environment would be beneficial for any candidate. Candidates must be prepared to work outside of the traditional 9-5 retail role as our boutique operates two shifts.
ABOUT YOU
* You will have experience in a luxury retail industry, in sales or in a customer service environment.
* Individuals who are genuine and approachable with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is a must.
* You will have strong accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
* You have experience growing and developing strong relationships with clients and key accounts of the business.
* Eagerness to learn and develop yourself in terms of retail and product knowledge.
* Moderate levels of computer skills are required, and we will provide training to familiarize you with our software systems.
* A second Language would be an asset for any applicant.
